Our client required an automated system to transfer stacks of bread crates from a manual loading and stacking station onto an in-floor conveyor chain.
kanDO designed, manufactured, programmed and installed the crate transfer system within 5 weeks, meeting the client’s compressed timeframe and exceeding their expectations in terms of delivery and performance of the finished system.
kanDO also produced a Health & Safety risk assessment for the client in accordance with AS 4024 Safety of Machinery, to ensure that the crate transfer system could be operated safely.
