Following completion of your kanDO project, we offer a full plan for your service and support requirements. Your current installation project plan will include our standard initial training for your operators and support for any machine outage time in the first 90 days covered under the kanDO 90 day warranty. After the first 90 days however any additional training requirement for operators or issues with machine adjustment will be charged out at our contract rates.
We encourage all companies to go onto a service agreement with us to provide the peace of mind of being covered for any potential machine downtime or repair requirements. We have a few options for your service agreement including our all-inclusive plan which includes a schedule of regular visits providing preventative maintenance and all service hours included or our regular plan which will cover standard call outs.
